The EIT Power Puck II is a portable self-contained radiometer that can measure peak UV irradiance and energy density. Optionally, the Profiler gives you all of the functionality of the standard unit but adds in computer connectivity for further analysis. Â
The Power Puck II can read all 4 bands (UVA, UVB, UVC, UVV). It measures UV peak irradiance (Watts cm²) and energy density (J cm²) in UV curing and germicidal applications. The Power Puck II can be configured to display Graph (irradiance profile on the display), All Channel (data) or Reference (stored reading) Modes.
Â
With user selectable sample rates, the Power Puck II can be used for static applications or even fast moving conveyor lines.
Â
This battery-operated system (2 AAAs not included) is available in reading intensities of 100mW cm2, 1W cm2, or 10W cm2.
Â
Â
The Profiler type adds the ability to transfer data to a computer for further analysis.
Curing applications of inks, adhesives, solder masks, and epoxies (not for use in web press applications)
Measure lamp performance
Compare the efficiency of different UV curing systems
Compare any current reading to chosen baseline
Establish UV level for proper curing
Â
